Job Profile: Admissions CounsellorOrganization: Dayananda Sagar University, BengaluruLocation: DSU Kudlu Gate Campus, BangaloreCompensation: 35,000/- to 45,000/-Role Overview:Dayananda Sagar University is looking for a motivated and results-driven Admissions Counsellor to manage and drive student enrolments for our Regular Degree Programs. This is a target-oriented role that requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong student relationships, and a proactive approach to meeting enrolment objectives.Key Responsibilities- Counsel prospective students on Regular Degree Programs, admission processes, and career opportunities.- Follow up on student inquiries and leads generated through various channels.- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets assigned by the management.- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to convert inquiries into enrollments.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with program promotions.- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and student preferences.- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead performance and target achievements.- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.Experience:- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales.Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.Personality Traits:- Self-motivated and result-oriented.- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.- Adaptable to a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Date: Dr. D.
