Job Description E-Commerce Relationship Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with key e-commerce partners. This role involves developing strategies to improve brand presence, driving sales across online platforms, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and marketplace partners.
Compensation: 78 LPA (based on experience & expertise)

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, both P1 & P3 etc.).
  • Keep up to data with new trends and upcoming format changes.
  • Ensure timely execution of what portal require what we require from portal
  • Should be a good negotiator .
  • Coordinate with platforms for campaigns, deals, and seasonal promotions.
  • Should get insight and NPDs.

Digital Marketing Support

  • To be able to get best deal, best waivers, best category support from all market places at P1 & P3 level .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in e-commerce account management as relationship manager.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other portals.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills for managing marketplace relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
