
Business Development Executive –

- Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and using CRM tools.
- Develop new business opportunities within the RCM sector, targeting healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and repeat business.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the RCM/healthcare BPO space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle including medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, and denial management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹42,355.42 per month
