Role & Responsibilities:

- Own the institutional vertical with P&L responsibility.- Develop relationships with institutions (Railway Authorities, Airport Authorities, Schools, Clubs, Multiplex) and canteens (CSD/CPC);- Drive customer engagement and listing with key accounts through alignment of business plans.- Ensure consistent product launch in all available institutional channels and ensure availability of SKUs in all geographies.- Drive sustainable market development and enhance market share.- Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with institutional customers

Candidate Profile:

- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales in institutions.- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure.- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines.- Result oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from available data.
