Role & Responsibilities:Own the institutional vertical with P&L responsibility.Develop relationships with institutions (Railway Authorities, Airport Authorities, Schools, Clubs, Multiplex) and canteens (CSD/CPC);Drive customer engagement and listing with key accounts through alignment of business plans.Ensure consistent product launch in all available institutional channels and ensure availability of SKUs in all geographies.Drive sustainable market development and enhance market share.Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with institutional customers

Candidate Profile:3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales in institutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure.Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines.Result oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from available data.
