Position: HR Recruiter (IT Hiring) Location: Noida – Sector 94 Experience: 1 Year (Technical / IT Hiring) Joining: Immediate Budget: ₹2.5 – ₹3 LPA Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Description: We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in IT/Technical hiring to join our HR team at Noida (Sector 94). The ideal candidate should be proactive, result-oriented, and able to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and ensure smooth onboarding. Support HR operations as and when required. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Technical recruitment . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Immediate joiners preferred.
