Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Noida Sec-2 & Karol Bagh

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and day-to-day HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions on time.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents.
  • Conduct employee orientation and onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Ensure proper documentation of HR policies and compliance.
  • Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and update Excel sheets regularly.
  • Coordinate smooth offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and process full & final settlements.

Qualification : BBA in HR or B.com

Experience : 1-2 years in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
