We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.

Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and nuances of each role.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
