Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

About the Role

We at
are looking for a Human Resources Recruiter with a solid expertise in IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for technical roles such as Backend Developers, Full Stack Developers, Mobile Developers, and other IT experts. You will play an important part in developing an excellent talent pipeline, maintaining effective recruitment procedures, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill organizational talent needs.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management).


• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media platforms.


• Screen resumes and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.


• Maintain recruitment dashboards, candidate databases, and reporting metrics.


• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.


• Stay updated with industry hiring trends, technologies, and market insights.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Expertise Required


• Strong experience in IT recruitment (Backend, Full Stack, Mobile, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).


• Hands-on exposure to sourcing techniques (Boolean search, headhunting, social media recruitment).


• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• 2–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment / Technical Hiring.


• Familiarity with HR policies, compliance, and workforce planning will be an added advantage.

Good to Have


• Exposure to campus hiring and bulk hiring for IT roles.


• Knowledge of HR analytics and recruitment metrics.


• Experience in employer branding initiatives.


• Understanding of Agile/Scrum environments in IT hiring.
