We are seeking a dedicated Educator Onboarding Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding talented educators.. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build relationships with educators across various disciplines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and educational leaders to understand staffing needs and recruitment goals.
  • Source potential educators through online platforms, job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Engage with educators through personalized outreach, emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings to promote opportunities and assess fit.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate educators' qualifications, experience, and alignment with our mission and values.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and school administrators.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for selected educators, including background checks, credential verification, and orientation sessions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, training, and operations, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and onboarding progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and onboarding status.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the education sector or related industries.
  • Passion for education and a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing educators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with educators from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
  • Experience in education administration, teaching, or instructional design is a plus.
