**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

*Recruitment:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job

descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to

*HR Operations:

- Oversee HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and

comply with UAE labor laws.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and concerns.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidenFality.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and

knowledge.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Salary Package**

INR 25,000 plus incentives

**KPI and KR**

Will be defined as part of onboarding.

**Qualifica7ons**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR, preferably within the IT industry. - In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing. - Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- English / Arabic will be advantage.
- Should have their own Laptop
