Role Description:

Position : Pre-sales Consultant

CTC : Up to 15L

Job Location : Chennai


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Core Banking / Fintech Sales Consultant to join our rapid growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of any leading core banking systems / fintech solutions, combined with proven sales experience in the financial technology sector. You will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales growth. The role requires a strategic approach to identifying prospects, knowledge of handling the global tender RFP process.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the banking and financial services industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote core banking and fintech products.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital marketing channels.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in fintech, digital banking, and financial services technology.
  • Well experience in marketing and guide to develop sales collateral, case studies, and promotional content.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other industry events to promote products and brand awareness.


Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven sales experience (3+ years) in core banking, fintech, or a related field.
  • Managing the entire RFP preparation and submission process is essential.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology solutions, digital banking, and payment systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship Building and Collaboration & Good team player with interpersonal skills.
