Pre-Sales Resources:-


- Support the sales team in understanding client requirements and developing tailored solutions.

- Assist in preparing technical proposals and presentations to clients.

- Conduct product demonstrations and respond to technical questions during the sales process.

- Collaborate with the product team to align client needs with product offerings.


Presales - Experience 3-7 years


**Responsibilities:** -

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to address their specific needs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital banking solutions, articulating the value proposition and benefits of our products to prospective clients
  • Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with client requirements and alignment with company offerings
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the features and capabilities of our Digital Engagement Platform
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and webinars to engage with prospective clients and highlight the unique selling points of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to gather relevant information and insights for presales activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to digital banking to effectively position our solutions in the market.


**Requirements:** -


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles within the digital banking or financial technology industry
  • Deep understanding of digital banking concepts, trends, and technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of responding to RFPs and delivering successful pre sales engagements, including product demonstrations and presentations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
