WHAT YOU WILL DO:

YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

  • Anchor medium to large size, proactive and reactive bids / RFPs.
  • Prepare winning proposals that meet client business needs with attractive value propositions
  • Manage the response process against RFIs / RFPs and ensure that all the milestones and deliverables get met in a timely manner
  • Identify inter-dependencies and develop an overall bid project plan with tasks, milestones, deliverables, and associated timelines for proposal preparation activities and tracks. Manage the Bid plan throughout the Bid Process
  • Engage, coordinate within the Bid Team (Sales, presales, Delivery, etc) to help produce deliverables according to clients expectations, within time critical schedules
  • Validate Preliminary approvals and timely heads up to Aligned Functions
  • Organize/ Initiate a Solution Workshop/ calls to finalize, freeze the Sizing , Solution design as per the RFP requirements
  • Act as the initial escalation point for Bid-team issues. Formal progress/status reports published
  • to Bid Team & Leadership team
  • Facilitate pricing development. Work with Pricing team to collate pricing approvals
  • Ensure that compliance with all relevant aspects of Solution Design and Delivery process, business control, reviews and a timely closure of Approvals before Bid submission
  • Deliver a final approved proposal documents to the Client in accordance with Intellects business rules and standard processes
  • Provide support in Research and Collateral Development

Pre-Requisites:

  • Large RFP management in IT or Consulting is MUST
  • A minimum Bid-Management / Pre-Sales experience of 12 years is a must and should be from BFSI domain (Preferably from Proposals team)
  • On an average, should have handled 800 to 1200 RFP questions
  • Excellent communication ; multi-stakeholder coordination skills is a must
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Critical thinking and creative mindset
  • Proven problem-solving and writing skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a complex business environment
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
