Bid Manager - Job Description


  • Act as an individual contributor in developing responses to entire RFX by coordinating with various Business Units / CoEs /SMEs for inputs
  • Develop responses to all the sections in the RFP/RFIs. This will include developing responses independently as well as coordinating with members from across various streams of business operations (CoEs / Sales/ Operations etc.) in obtaining their inputs towards building response
  • Responsible for writing, editing and designing compelling and compliant documents in response to RFPs, requests for information, and requests for capabilities statements
  • Adhere to all the key milestones specified in the RFP/RFI as part of the bidding process and keep all the key stakeholders updated regularly on the progress
  • Ensure quality production of all graphic/proposal elements
  • Merge, collate and harmonize contributions from individual proposal writing team members into a final, cohesively unified document
  • Maintain quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone
  • Prepare sales presentations based on the customer requirements and organization capabilities
  • Generate proposals in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project formats
