The team focuses on acquisitions, new developments, and asset performance, and is looking for someone who enjoys deep analysis, modeling, and market research.About the RoleThis is an analyst role focused on hotel feasibility, underwriting, financial modeling, and market studies. You’ll evaluate new hotel opportunities, support deal execution, and provide insights that guide investment decisions.What You Will Work OnFeasibility studies for hotel developments, acquisitions, conversions, and repositioningFinancial modeling, cash flow analysis, IRR, sensitivity scenarios, and underwriting assumptionsHotel performance metrics: Rev PAR, ADR, occupancy, GOP, NOIMarket research: comp sets, supply pipeline, demand generators, competitive mappingSite selection research using demographic and location based dataInvestment memos, development decks, and presentations for leadershipDue diligence including zoning, permits, regulatory requirements, and Cap Ex planningPortfolio performance tracking and variance analysisCollaboration across development, operations, finance, and asset managementWhat You BringStrong Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience in hotel analytics, real estate, consulting, finance, or developmentUnderstanding of hospitality KPIs and underwriting fundamentalsStrong research skills with the ability to turn data into insightsClean communication and presentation skillsCuriosity about hotel investments, development, and operationsPreferred ExperienceHotel feasibility experience or previous underwriting workExposure to STR, Co Star, HVS, or other hospitality research toolsUnderstanding of brand standards and PIP requirementsDegree in real estate, finance, economics, hospitality, or related fields
