The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting, lease administration, and Yardi systems , coupled with proven leadership and team management skills . You will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team, fostering accountability, and collaborating closely with senior management across accounting and property operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations & Accounting Oversee and review rent roll processing , ensuring accurate posting of all A/R adjustments including write-offs, reversals, and additional billings (e.G., parking, storage, chargebacks).
