Title: US Property Management Accountant

Location: Hyderabad—Fully Onsite

Shift: 5:30PM to 2:0AM

Immediate Joiners would be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting functions- Bank Reconciliation, AP/AR, Journal Entries, and General Ledger management.
  • Prepare Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in line with US GAAP.
  • Manage property-related transactions — tenant payments, vendor invoices, taxes, insurance, maintenance costs, etc.
  • Perform variance analysis, assist with budgets and forecasts, and support cash flow planning.
  • Ensure compliance with property tax filings, vendor 1099s, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with US counterparts and property managers for timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • Use and maintain property management systems such as Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI.

Requirements

  • Commerce graduate with 5+ years in US Property or Real Estate Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, AR/AP, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with property management software preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client coordination skills with US-based teams.
  • Willingness to work US shifts and from office.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
