Role: Senior Accountant (Property Management)

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM (US Shift)

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Property Management Accountant with strong expertise in US Accounting, financial analysis, and property management processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities including Bank Reconciliations, AP, AR, and Journal Entries
  • Maintain General Ledger and support month-end/year-end closings
  • Prepare and review Financial Statements as per US GAAP
  • Reconcile tenant payments, vendor invoices, and property expenses
  • Record all property-related transactions (maintenance, taxes, insurance, operations)
  • Conduct variance analysis, and provide insights on NOI, Cap Rate, and ROI
  • Support tax filings, 1099 forms, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Work with US counterparts to streamline and improve accounting processes

Qualifications:

  • Commerce Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of US Accounting, US GAAP, and property management accounting
  • Experience using Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI Software preferred
  • Excellent communication and client coordination skills (especially with US-based teams)
  • Willingness to work in US night shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
