We're Hiring – Property Manager | Base: Hyderabad (AP & Telangana Region)

With a strong legacy of transforming early childhood education, we are now expanding further in AP & Telangana and are looking for a dynamic Property Manager to join our team.

Role: Property Manager

Base Location: Hyderabad

Region Covered: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Travel: Regional travel for site visits, negotiations & property finalization

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and finalize the right properties for Kidzee preschools.

Ensure strategic location selection for accessibility, visibility, and long-term success.

Work closely with consultants, brokers, and real estate partners to identify prime locations.

Negotiate and close property deals aligned with business objectives.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approval and handover.

What We're Looking For:

5–8 years of experience in property scouting, site evaluation, and deal closures.

Prior experience with real estate groups or in retail expansion (FMCG, outlets, preschools, or similar industries).

Strong consultant/broker network in Hyderabad & surrounding regions (highly preferred).

Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Educational background in Business, Real Estate, Sales, or related fields preferred.
