We have an immediate job opportunity for you as an AM//Manager//Senior Manager - Property Accountant.Location : Hyderabad/Remote (Hybrid Model)Shift Timings : 3:00 PM IST to 12 AM IST- A property accountant manages the financial records, transactions, and reporting for real estate properties owned, managed, or leased by a company or individual. - Their primary goal is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information related to property operations, which helps in managing property profitability, compliance, and investment insights. Here's a detailed look at their responsibilities:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements specific to each property, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Create and analyze variance reports, actual financial performance against budgets.- Process/ensure payment of invoices related to property expenses.- Tenant billing, ensuring that rent and other charges are invoiced accurately and timely.- Track accounts receivable, manage collections when necessary.- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the general ledger.- Reconcile bank statements, tenant deposits, and other financial records related to property accounts.- Ensure tenant data and lease terms are up-to-date in the accounting software.- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and any applicable real estate industry regulations.Asheesh Pillay8886763555 (ref:iimjobs.com)
