Black Panda Enterprises is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior US Healthcare Benefits Analyst to join our growing team


In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission of empowering startups and growth-phase companies by ensuring they have a deep understanding of their US healthcare benefit offerings.


About the Role:


- Analyse and interpret a variety of US healthcare benefit documents, including plan summaries, provider networks, and evidence of coverage documents.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive mappings of these documents to ensure accurate and consistent data extraction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the knowledge gap regarding US healthcare benefits for our clients.

- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed.

- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and contribute to a high-productivity team.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience analysing and interpreting US healthcare benefits documents.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare benefit terminology and regulations.
