Ecolab is seeking a Sr. Payroll & Benefits Analyst supporting our Global Business Services team . In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and executing all relevant payroll processes as well as manage and administer our employee benefits program.

Ensure accurate and timely payment to employees Coordinate changes in payroll (., salary/wage adjustments, terminations, new hires) and facilitate corresponding documentation Process other financial compensations or deductions (. annual bonuses, severance pay, taxes) Assist employees with any inquiries and promptly resolve any issues related to payroll Administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance Negotiate and communicate with benefits provider Assist employees with benefit enrollment and inquiries Maintain employee database and files related to benefits Monitor government regulations, legislation, and benefit trendsWhat you will need:
Degree level study in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent 8+ years related payroll management experience Proven experience as a payroll & benefits specialist or similar role Strong knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, benefits management, and best practices Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Fluent in English Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
