So what will you be doing?

  • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Chargebee's accounting solution, driving innovation and positive results.
  • Through deep understanding of customer pain points and financial operations, you will champion solutions that streamline their workflows and remove friction.
  • You will envision the evolving needs of customers, develop and execute a multi-year strategy that addresses their most pressing accounting challenges.
  • You will represent the customer voice within internal teams, articulating their needs with clarity and precision.
  • You will collaborate with engineers to discover innovative solutions that address current problems while optimizing for the future vision.
  • You will participate in customer calls with the sales team, providing expert product insights and fostering successful deals.
  • You will exercise sound judgment and make decisive tradeoffs to prioritize product roadmap features.
  • You will partner with the marketing team to position the accounting solution effectively within the competitive landscape.
  • You will work closely with the support team to ensure seamless resolution of product-related issues.
  • You will represent Chargebee as a domain expert at industry and partner events, customer visits, and other outbound activities.
  • You will be the leader, coach, and mentor to your product managers, helping them grow professionally in their careers.


What are we looking for?

  • 8+ years of relevant, hands-on product management experience and demonstrated success at leading enterprise/B2B SaaS companies.
  • Industry experience with accounting software or financial management solutions is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and product management processes.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to make difficult tradeoff decisions, communicate decisively, and create a roadmap to achieve business goals.
  • Experience translating product vision and strategy into well-articulated business requirements. You should also be adept at utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional/technical deep dives.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or MBA or equivalent industry experience.
