The Loans Platform is responsible for providing world-class servicing for loan products, including Credit Services and Structured Debt. We combine the best people, processes, and technology to support the loan life cycle from origination to servicing and monitoring.

The next three years will bring focused attention to building the right long-term platform, including system enhancement and consolidation, comprehensive workflow redesign, and a singular data strategy.

We're seeking a future leader for the role of Product Management Director - Loans Platform to join our team. This role will be located in a global hub.

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Collaborate with Platform Leaders to translate the overall vision to a vision for the pods within the Platform and ensure ongoing delivery of value.
  • Lead and provide strategic direction on product management, development, and marketing processes for multiple highly complex global products.
  • Develop, lead, and execute the strategic vision for Product or Platform; own the overall Product/Platform roadmap and align teams around delivery goals.
  • Provide leadership support to multiple pod-level Product Owners and ensure alignment across multiple pod-level product backlogs.
  • Provide strategic input and decisioning, manage and reduce blockers, and ensure continuous flow of work.
  • Provide day-to-day direction to guide Product/Platform operations and evaluate the impact of the Product against established scorecard.
  • Manage issue escalations and risks; track financials.
  • Liaise with and/or manage cross-functional teams to deliver products that address client needs.
  • Responsible for providing strategic direction to enterprise teams working on cross-platform deliveries.
  • Accountable for all risks originated from services delivered (including remediation efforts) and owns, manages, and aggregates view of risk across P/P.
  • Use a complete and detailed understanding of the product set to drive design or development considerations and validate that support model for post-rollout is in place.
  • Responsible for managing product direction, strategy, and overall related project execution plans.
  • May serve as Team Lead, leading other product manager(s) within a product area, to define and deliver solutions and manage their day-to-day work.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Product Management objectives.
  • Foster agile ways of working, DevOps, and automated testing.
