We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Billing Manager to join our BILLING team. This role is located in PUNE, MH – or Chennai, TN HYBRRID mode.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

· Leads a Billing Product Support area consisting of multiple teams responsible for billing platform migration on to ORMB across various Asset Classes

· Sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan.

· Develops and implements policies to ensure client satisfaction and leads key initiatives.

· Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate.

· Manages the performance of assigned staff. Coaches and guides on project management.

· Sets strategic priorities on initiatives designed to improve Billing processes.

· Determines needed improvements through review and analysis of problems reported.

· Participates in long-term or strategic planning for the Billing function designed to improve the overall client experience and improve team productivity and quality.

· Tracks and reports on performance of Billing area. Coaches and guides assigned staff on improving the execution of invoice production and achievement of goals.

· Resolves the most complex issues, roadblocks or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed.

· Keeps abreast of all unusual requests/transactions/issues and ensures proper escalation where appropriate.

· Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

· Provides feedback at the most critical of times.

· Maintains relationships with senior business and sales leaders to report trends and needs.

· May provide forward-looking and strategic insight on Billing processes and issues to support the business.

· Leads a Billing area consisting of multiple teams of Billing professionals and/or support staff.

· Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members.

· Experience in developing and analyzing and Workforce management reporting.

· Experience in oversight of external rd party contact center partner

· Management of an Omni channel contact center

· Management of a center of excellence in support of a global contact center

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

· Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

· plus years of total work experience with at least - plus years of management preferred.

· Experience in financial services preferred

· Experience in Billing Operations or any Billing Product like ORMB would be an added advantage
