Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ahmedabad. The person will be responsible for new business development & lead generation through cold calling. The incumbent will develop and execute strategies for sales and market development while continually maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Cold Calling and Outbound Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with potential clients. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of our products/services, and a proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, research, and other outbound sales techniques.Prospecting:

Conduct thorough research on potential clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and pain points to tailor your approach effectively.Client Engagement:

Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with key decision-makers to introduce our products/services and showcase their value propositions.Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business goals, and positioning our offerings as solutions to their challenges.Sales Pitch:

Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to articulate the benefits of our products/services, addressing client needs and objections.Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other relevant departments to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, track sales activities, and provide regular reports on progress.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound business development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
