Deputy/Head Civil - Mines (Aluminium) . This is a vital role that will be crucial in unlocking increased value and growth for the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:To plan, co-ordinate & execute erection, and commissioning activities complying safety, quality and project schedule.To review engineering & execution drawing; approve budgets and drawings; highlight gaps & ensure timely completion.Contractual delivery of civil jobs with high focus on quality & safety. Manage resource and manpower at site for job completion.To look after the periodic progress reviews, highlighting delays & deviation, catch-up plan, resource, and manpower requirements.To plan budget & control fund flow vis-a-vis progress. Lead the team, provide training as required and develop them.

Successful Candidate:60% and above throughout the education10+ years relevant work experience BE/B.Tech in Civil EngineeringMBA or a Project Management Professional certification (preferred)Knowledge in relevant IS Standards and best engineering & construction practices followed in the industryKnowledge & exposure to project planning & tracking tools like MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, Auto-CAD, documentation management
