In pursuit of this endeavor, we are seeking young leaders with strong business acumen for the role of Deputy/ Head Mechanical, Mines (Aluminium).
Roles and Responsibilities:
To plan, co-ordinate & execute erection, and commissioning activities complying safety, quality and project schedule
To review engineering & execution drawing; approve budgets and drawings; highlight gaps & ensure timely completion
To ensure contractual delivery of mechanical jobs with high focus on quality & safety
To manage resource and manpower at site for job completion
To look after periodic progress reviews, highlighting delays & deviation, catch-up plan, resource, and manpower requirements
To plan budget & control fund flow vis-a-vis progress. Lead the team, provide training as required and develop them
Successful Candidate:
60% and above throughout the education
10+ years relevant work experience BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
MBA or a Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
Knowledge in relevant IS Standards and best engineering & construction practices followed in the industry
Knowledge & exposure to project planning & tracking tools like MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, Auto-CAD, documentation management
