To partner with us on this exciting journey, we are seeking passionate, self-driven professionals for the role of Head Geology - Mines (Aluminium) . This is a vital role that will be crucial in unlocking increased value and growth for the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Annual Exploration Target, Annual Production Plan Finalization with business plan for close monitoring and reporting
Annual Resource and Reserve Statement with Audit from external agency
Strategic Planning and scheduling for production, quality, and cost
Getting Expansion Plan ready as per management ask, technical validation and action plan preparation for different mines.
Technical inputs and controlling on different other surveys like drone, lidar etc. to use gainfully in future works.
Meticulous planning of mine equipment, production capacity, over burden removal, coal evacuation and phasing, cash flow and NPV assessment
Training and Team building for Geology and Planning Team, ESG and Compliance Team and Technical Study Team
Customer satisfaction and business excellence for the team, establishing best practices in all process,
Technical Lab and LIMS establishment, data automation through MIS and Dashboard
New-technology, innovation, digitalization, and automation to incorporate in different fields like Lab, Mining Technology, Safety etc.
Giving technical inputs in Land Management System, Forest Diversion, EC, CTE, DGPS Survey, Coordination with ORSAC, CMPDI, MOC, CCO etc.

Candidate Profile:
60% and above throughout the education
M.Tech/ M.Sc in Geology or more Educational Qualification, Professional Organizational Membership, Recognition, Accreditation
Geological Work experience in coal mine for more than 15 years in the position of Senior Geologist or Chief Geologist
Must have a hand on experience on Auto CAD, Minex Geological Modelling, 3-D Civil
Experience in coal quality handling and sufficient knowledge in BIS process and standards.
Total knowledge of coal quality process and analysis system
Good knowledge and experience in Hydrogeology, Mine Survey, Drone Survey, DGPS Survey, Land Management System, GIS
