Roles & Responsibility:
To formulate and implement strategic initiatives for raising long term and short-term borrowings
To look after overall fund management of mines division and allocation of funds to various mines
To ensure the compliance of various loan agreement and it’s monitoring
To look after the preparation & finalization of various financial models to submit the same to lender
To administer the preparation of various treasury MIS
To look after the investment and forex management
Candidate Profile:
60% and above throughout education
Graduate Degree with a professional qualification in Accounting or Financial Management (ICAI/ ICWAI)
10 - 14 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry in the Finance function
Communication and interpersonal skills and fast decision making
