Public Relations & CRM: Drive PR strategies to strengthen our brand reputation and implement CRM initiatives to enhance customer relationships. Agency Management: Collaborate with top-tier agencies to drive innovation and success in marketing campaigns. Advertising & Branding: Lead branding and advertising efforts , ensuring seamless alignment across all marketing touchpoints. Data-Driven Marketing: Analyze marketing performance metrics and reports , refining strategies to optimize ROI and drive growth. What We're Looking For: Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, branding, and UI/UX management , preferably in an e-commerce/D2C environment . Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, social media marketing, analytics, and customer retention strategies . Leadership & Innovation: Ability to lead marketing teams , think strategically , and drive innovative campaigns that generate measurable impact. Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to marketing, with expertise in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies accordingly.
