Job Purpose

The position will be the custodian of corporate communications for SAVA Healthcare Limited (SHL). The role is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering all internal and external communication, ensuring alignment with the companys vision, mission, and values. This includes social media communication, media relations, press releases, corporate branding, and stakeholder messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Communications

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all corporate communication activities.

  • Draft, review, and release press notes, media statements, and corporate announcements.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

  • Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and manage content for official social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

  • Develop campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor analytics and provide reports on effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Media & Public Relations

  • Maintain relationships with media agencies, journalists, and PR partners.

  • Coordinate interviews, articles, and media coverage for SHL.
  • Track industry news and share relevant insights with leadership.

  • Internal Communications

  • Support in drafting newsletters, employee communication, and leadership messages.

  • Strengthen organizational culture through effective communication.

  • Corporate Branding

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communications.

  • Support in content development for corporate presentations, brochures, and events.

Desired Profile

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7–10years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, or digital marketing (pharma/healthcare experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory; regional/global language skills are an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, marketing, and business teams.
