The company has an exclusive partnership with 40 of Indias largest Universities across 16 Indian states and offers training for 3.5 Lakh students on its platform through 9 Indian languages. TeamLease EdTech also works with 500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives and manages over 200 degree, diploma, and certificate programs.Job RoleIdentify and onboard channel partners for Online UG/PG courses.Provide support and training to partners to ensure successManage the performance of partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenueDevelop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goalsCollaborate with the University team to align sales and channel effortsMonitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditionsCreate and manage channel partner budgets and forecastsDevelop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentivesMeasure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenueIdentify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channelProvide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offeringsAttend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote thecompanyRequirements and skills5-10 years of experience in channel management or salesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholdersKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with partnersStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeA desire to learn and grow in the channel management fieldMust be ready to travel about 10 days outside base location.Tech-savvy, ability to work on ERP, CRM tools, Mobile Apps mandatory
