Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Copywriting:

  • Craft compelling and engaging copy for social media ads, blogs, website content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop creative content strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Strategize, create, and schedule captivating content across all social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, , etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a robust content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to enhance our social media presence.

3. Retention Marketing:

  • Design and implement innovative strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty through targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and use insights to refine and optimize content strategies for maximum impact.

4. Client Coordination:

  • Act as the main liaison for clients regarding content and social media initiatives.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective content strategies.
  • Present content plans, campaign results, and performance reports to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

5. Team Management:

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, content creators, and interns, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and support to ensure the team delivers exceptional work on time.
  • Coordinate project workflows and manage timelines effectively.


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Creative Excellence: Exceptional copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling and creating engaging content.
  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective content and social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Client Management: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing and inspiring a creative team.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
