Job Summary:

This position is for the Agency Services Vertical of Javix Media Called- Hypronline.

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Develop and implement strategies to increase organic traffic to our digital platforms.

·         Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.

·         Implement tactics to expand the organic reach of our content on social media platforms.

·         Work closely with the content team to create engaging and shareable content.

·         Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.

·         Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, etc.) across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, .

·         Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.

·         Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

·         Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them into our strategy as appropriate.

·         Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns for maximum engagement and reach.

·         Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

·         Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including designers, content creators, and influencers, to create compelling and shareable content.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives, such as product launches, events, and campaigns.

·         Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

 

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degee in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

·         Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong track record of driving organic traffic and expanding organic reach.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

·         Proficiency in social media management tools such as Zoho Social, HubSpot, and others.

·         Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize social media performance.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
