Hiring Senior Sales Manager - FMCG Tobacco Division

Location: Guwahati, North East

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our FMCG Tobacco Division in Guwahati and the entire North East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing distributor relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

  • Manage and expand distributor network in Guwahati and North East

  • Lead and motivate a team to meet sales targets

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay competitive

  • Ensure effective distribution and merchandising of products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 4-5 years of experience in General Trade and Modern Trade, preferably in FMCG/Tobacco industry

  • In-depth market knowledge of Guwahati and North East

  • Proven team handling and leadership skills

  • Strong communication and sales skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

  • Bike and valid Driving License (DL) mandatory
