Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Data Analyst & Special Initiative. The ideal candidate will lead strategic projects/initiatives, develop and implement data strategies, manage budgets, ensure compliance, Data Governance, and foster innovation. Key expectations include optimizing processes and enhancing decision-making through data analytics. Strong leadership and extensive data analytics experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiative Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of special projects that drive business growth and efficiency

2. Data Strategy:

• Develop and implement data strategies to leverage analytics for informed decision-making.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of special initiatives with overall business objectives.

4. Performance Metrics:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for special projects and data analytics activities.

5. Innovation:

• Foster a culture of innovation by identifying new opportunities for utilizing data and analytics to enhance business processes.

6. Budget Oversight:

• Manage budgets for special initiatives and data analytics, ensuring efficient use of resources.

7 . Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with senior leadership and other stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes of initiatives.

8 . Data Governance:

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

9. Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop a team of professionals in special initiatives and data analytics, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.

Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Relevant data analytics certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.

Experience:

Industry Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, such as data analyst, business analyst, or business strategy.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Leadership Experience:

• Proven track record of leadership and managerial experience, preferably in a mid to senior management role.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution of special initiatives.

Technical Experience:

• Strong background in data analytics and experience with tools (specifically advanced excel, Power BI ) and relevant technologies.
• Experience in developing and implementing data strategies and governance frameworks.

Business Acumen:

• Demonstrated ability to align data initiatives with business objectives and drive measurable results.

Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication with senior leadership.
