Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Overall experince of 15+ years of experience, with a expertise in Business Analysis within the Asset Management/ Capital Markets industry
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, fund operations, and asset servicin g
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and agile delivery at scale.
  • Strong people leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MS Office suite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale the Business Analysis function to support growth and strategic priorities.
  • Lead delivery of technology and business change initiatives , ensuring quality, timeliness, and value creation.
  • Champion Agile methodologies , fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing, capability building, and best practices across the BA community.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders (CXO/Director level) to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful outcomes.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse cross-functional team to deliver exceptional performance.
