As we expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Sales Executive who’s eager to grow and develop within the sales space.


Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 3-4 years of experience in selling Print, Digital and event sponsorship. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media landscape, proven success in ad/sponsorship sales, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients in various industries. This role requires a proactive, persuasive, and goal-oriented individual who can meet or exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities to sell print ad space, Digital Ad sales and Event Sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and advertising terms with clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategy and improve service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad placements meet client specifications and are delivered on time.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, ideally within media or digital spaces.
  • Existing network in industries that invest in print advertising/event sponsorships (e.g., retail, real estate, automotive, hospitality, Tech Enablers).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • A self-starter with the motivation to thrive in a startup environment
  • Passion for media, digital trends, and the evolving landscape
