Job Title: Manager – Bank Sales

About the Role:
We are seeking smart, young, and dynamic sales professionals with excellent English communication skills to drive B2B/enterprise sales in the banking sector. The role requires a proactive approach to building strong client relationships and achieving sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet decision-makers and conduct sales discussions to drive closures.
  • Manage 80% on-field sales and 20% online sales activities.
  • Travel within the assigned market (Travel allowance will be provided).
  • Generate leads independently and convert them into successful business deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred with 3–6 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and adaptable with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in banking/financial services sales will be an added advantage.
