Job Overview Kris Mediaworks is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to be based in Andheri on a full-time basis. The role focuses on promoting our comprehensive range of advertising solutions. The ideal candidate will possess key skills in lead generation and customer retention strategies, with a particular emphasis on corporate sales, to drive company growth. Qualifications and Skills Experience with lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and grow the sales pipeline (Mandatory skill). Expertise in devising and implementing customer retention strategies to maintain client loyalty and satisfaction (Mandatory skill). Proven track record in corporate sales, showcasing the ability to engage with high-value clients (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively and efficiently. Familiarity with Salesforce as a tool for tracking sales processes and enhancing customer interaction. Strong negotiation tactics aimed at closing deals and achieving favorable outcomes for both clients and the company. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools to enhance sales initiatives and improve market reach. Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through effective lead generation and strategic outreach. Leverage customer retention strategies to build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Execute corporate sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the designated region. Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Participate in negotiations to ensure successful closure of deals and contracts with clients. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, offering insights and recommendations.
