Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time
Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven  Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at ACHOLYTE. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with IT consultants who are currently on the bench. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing qualified candidates, engaging with them, and ensuring smooth placement into new client projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that consultants on the bench are quickly placed into relevant opportunities, helping drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the IT recruitment process, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with IT consultants who are currently on the bench and actively seek new opportunities for them.
Source candidates across various technology domains using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, ensuring they are kept informed of job opportunities and status updates.
Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and match consultants’ skills with open positions.
Negotiate contract terms, pay rates, and work with hiring managers to secure successful placements.
Ensure timely submissions to clients and follow through on interview processes and offer negotiations.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement and follow-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment system.
Qualifications:
0.6 - 2 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiting or similar roles in IT recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with consultants and clients alike.
Knowledge of various technology domains and the ability to quickly assess the skills of candidates.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve individual and team targets.
Experience with various sourcing techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, with a focus on efficiency and results.
Additional Skills:
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with the IT staffing industry, including understanding different tech roles, market trends, and client expectations.
Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
