Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Prayagraj. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the branch, managing a team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key tasks include achieving branch targets, maintaining client relationships, conducting loan assessments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing branch staff, training team members, and implementing strategies for branch growth and profitability.
