Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain the operations of our branch. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Collection and Deposit Management: Accurately collect and deposit cash from customers, ensuring timely updates in the core systems.
  • Loan Closure Cases Update: Maintain up-to-date records of loan closure cases and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to complete the process.
  • Bank Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or open items.
  • Trade License Renewal Coordination: Coordinate with local authorities and RTOs to facilitate trade license renewals and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Receipts and RC Updates: Ensure timely updates of receipts and RC documents in the core systems, facilitating smooth reconciliation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales and Cash Handling: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cash handling is required, with a proven track record of managing high-value transactions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective customer service and coordination with various departments.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to identify and resolve complex issues, such as discrepancies in cash collections and bank account reconciliations.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records is crucial for meeting targets and achieving goals.
