Role Overview:

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, managing operations, and leading a high-performing team across the state. This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and expand market share in Mumbai.
  • Build and strengthen retail and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) presence.
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the state.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Achieve sales volumes, implement trade schemes, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, trade partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Alcobev industry.
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mumbai market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage large teams and drive results.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
