We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Proposal Analyst to review and compile benefit proposals, specifically focusing on health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability (STD), and long-term disability (LTD)  options. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive Excel benefit proposals using information provided by various insurance carriers. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze benefit proposals for health, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insurance. - Utilize our provided spreadsheet template to create detailed Excel benefit proposals. - Extract and incorporate information from insurance carrier quotes, including premium details and benefit plan designs. - Develop Excel proposals that clearly outline employee, employer, and total contributions. - Review and merge multiple Excel census files, highlighting any missing information required for proposals. Required Skills: - Expertise in Excel formatting and advanced functions, with a strong background in spreadsheet management. - Proven experience in preparing health insurance proposals from major insurance carriers, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. - In-depth understanding of employee benefits, particularly health insurance and how different plans function. - Ability to analyze and synthesize data effectively, ensuring accuracy and clarity in proposals. Qualifications: - Previous experience in Insurance-related roles is highly preferred. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and insurance carriers.
