**New Role: Business Development Associate**

Triwave Solutions is currently seeking IT Solutions Specialist to help draft winning RFP proposals and sales presentations for their business development and operations teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, write, and revise proposals and materials as required, including but not limited to: Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Corporate sales presentations.
- Support planning and analysis of RFPs/RFIs, including writing and collecting customer questions, outlining proposals, conducting compliance checks, participating in proposal reviews, supporting proposal production, and participating in post-mortem reviews.
- Manage all aspects of proposal preparation, revision and submission, and coordinate inputs from technical team, management, and finance departments.
- Prepare each section of the proposals including resumes, past performance, case studies, executive summary and management approach and ensure a good flow across all sections.
- Maintain company database for past performance, key accomplishments, and capabilities.
- Own and manage the corporate presentation for potential clients. Develop creative sales presentations outlining company history, past client accomplishments and case studies.
- Support general technical writing duties including meeting materials, policies, white papers, case studies, marketing materials, status reports, and sales presentations.
- Ensure compliance to proposal instructions, evaluation criteria, and performance work statements.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience writing and coordinating proposals for commercial or Federal clients.
- 3+ years of experience in drafting marketing materials including
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Writing, Marketing, or related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and presentation skills using PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated understanding of winning proposal writing methodologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments to meet response deadlines.
- Proven ability to develop deliverables on-time and compliant with instructions.
- Prior history of working within a Marketing, Solutions or IT outsourcing organization preferred.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

**Education**:
