About CreditsinCreditsin is India's first dual-sided referral fintech app—covering credit cards, loans, insurance, and investing—built to reward both customers and referrers. We're entering a high-growth phase and need an Influencer Strategist who can turn creator energy into app installs, qualified applications, and engaged users.
What you'll do- Creator sourcing at scale: Build & own a 3-tier roster (nano, micro, mid-tier) across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Moj, Josh, ShareChat, Telegram & WhatsApp communities.
- Outreach & closing: Run daily outreach, negotiate deliverables & pricing, finalize briefs, and manage turnarounds.
- Content strategy: Create short-video briefs, localized to Hindi/Telugu + regional languages; maintain weekly UGC themes.
- UGC engine: Orchestrate weekly "UGC drops" (hooks, captions, CTAs) with creators; ensure consistency and disclosure compliance.
- Tracking & payouts: Manage attribution links (Firebase/AppTrove), track installs & signups, and coordinate creator payouts.
- Performance optimization: Monitor dashboards, double-down on winning creators, cut underperformers, and test new hooks regularly.
- Community programs: Run creator leaderboards, referral-a-creator drives, and monthly challenges to keep momentum.
- Compliance & brand safety: Ensure RBI-aligned communication, financial disclaimers, and #ad/#partner tagging.
- Scale a strong base of nano/micro creators live per month.
- Maintain target CPI ranges while ensuring quality traffic.
- Drive high install-to-open and signup conversion rates.
- Build clean reporting systems with zero compliance red flags.
- 2–5 years of influencer/creator growth experience (fintech/edtech/commerce preferred).
- A proven network with nano & micro creators in Hindi, Telugu, and regional languages.
- Negotiation skills + ability to manage 100s of creator relationships in parallel.
- Data mindset—experience with Firebase, UTMs, attribution, and performance dashboards.
- Knowledge of disclosure norms, RBI-safe messaging, and fraud-prevention tactics.
- Hustle to run high-volume outreach + fast execution cycles.
- Attribution: Firebase + AppTrove (or Branch/AppsFlyer)
- CRM/Workflow: Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets
- Design/Assets: Canva/Figma
- Reporting: Looker Studio, Google Sheets
- Base: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus: Slab-wise, based on incremental installs and engagement quality
- Contract-to-hire options for top freelancers with a network
0–30 Days:
- Build creator CRM; onboard first batch of nano/micro creators.
- Launch first UGC campaign with clear briefs and tracking.
31–60 Days:
- Scale outreach; expand creator mix across multiple languages & platforms.
- Optimize CPI and content hooks; start referral-a-creator campaigns.
61–90 Days:
- Establish 300–400 creators live at scale; introduce monthly creator challenges.
- Standardize SOPs for UGC briefs, compliance, payouts, and dashboards.
