Role Overview :
As Performance Creative Strategist, you'll lead the charge on all revenue-driving creatives. From writing scroll-stopping hooks to directing shoots with 6-year-old influencers, you'll do whatever it takes to build high-ROAS ads across Meta, Google, and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Content Development
- Lead the end-to-end creative process for ad-first content, from scripting to post-production
- Write performance-driven copy including hooks, captions, and storytelling frameworks that drive conversions
- Ideate and storyboard content tailored for Meta, Google, and marketplace platforms
- Translate product features into engaging, relatable stories that connect with parents and excite kids
Shoot Management & UGC Production
- Scout and manage influencers, child models, and creators for content production
- Plan, coordinate, and direct shoots with clear shot lists, transitions, and visual direction
- Deliver high-quality, scalable UGC content optimized for paid media
Performance-First Creative Execution
- Develop creatives aligned with testing calendars and ROAS goals
- Iterate continuously on top-performing formats using performance insights
- Collaborate with the media buying team to analyze and apply learnings
Cross-Team & Partner Collaboration
- Manage timelines and deliverables with agencies and production partners
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to generate high-converting assets, reviews, and listings
- Align with internal teams on product launches, messaging priorities, and content needs
Social Media & Brand Content
- Coordinate and execute Instagram and social media content calendars
- Create product-focused and brand-oriented messaging to engage audiences and build community
You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
- 6 months – 3 years of experience in a D2C brand, agency, or creative performance role
- Strong copywriting and storytelling chops rooted in frameworks like AIDA, PAS, etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of camera setups, script writing, and post-production
- A sharp eye for design, layout, and what
actually sells
on Meta & Google - Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for creative planning and performance tracking
- A high-ownership, multi-tasking mindset
- A love for kids' brands, characters, and making things fun, quirky, and delightful
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked on ad creative testing for Meta / Google
- Have managed influencer/UGC shoots at scale
- Have basic video editing or motion graphics skills
- Grew up loving Pokémon, LEGO, Disney, Nerf, or anything collectible
